PASSION

Lend me your hand and we'll conquer them all
But lend me your heart and I'll just let you fall
Lend me your eyes and I can change what you see
But your soul you must keep, totally free

Sir Ken Robinson: Do schools kill creativity?

IF ALL INSECTS WERE TO DIE TODAY,
IN 50 YEARS, ALL FORMS OF LIFE WOULD PERISH;

BUT IF ALL HUMANS WERE TO DIE TODAY,
IN 50 YEARS, ALL FORMS OF LIFE WOULD FLOURISH.

CHANGE
OUR
EDUCATION
SYSTEM
SO MUCH SO
THAT THE
EDUCATION
IS NOT ANYMORE
SYSTEM

embrace creativities
embrace abnormalities
embrace the extra-ordinaries

When I say that I am a Christian

When I say that
''I am a Christian,''
I am not shouting that
''I am clean living.''
I'm whispering
"I was lost, but now I'm found and forgiven."

When I say
''I am a Christian,''
I don't speak of this with pride.
I'm confessing that I stumble and need Christ to be my guide.

When I say
"I am a Christian,"
I'm not trying to be strong.
I'm professing that I'm weak and need His strength to carry on.

When I say
"I am a Christian,"
I'm not bragging of success.
I'm admitting I've failed and need God to clean my mess.

When I say
"I am a Christian,"
I'm not claiming to be perfect.
My flaws are far too visible, but God believes I'm worth it.

When I say
"I am a Christian,"
I still feel the sting of pain.
I have my share of heartaches, so I call upon His name.

When I say,
"I am a Christian,"
I'm not holier than thou.
I'm just a simple sinner who received God's grace, somehow.

Amen.

PASSION PIT take a walk

All these kind of places
Make it seem like it's been ages
Tomorrow some new building will scrape the sky
I love this country dearly
I can feel the ladder clearly
But never thought I'd be alone to try

Once I was outside Penn station
Selling red and white carnations
We were still alone
My wife and I
Before we marry, save my money
Brought my dear wife over
Now I work to bring my family state side

But off the boat they stayed a while and
Scattered across the coast
Once a year I'll see them for a week or so at most
I took a walk

Take a walk, take a walk, take a walk
Take a walk, oh-oh-oh
I took a walk
Take a walk, take a walk, take a walk
Take a walk, oh-oh-oh

Practice isn't perfect
But the market cuts the loss
I remind myself that times could be much worse
My wife won't ask me questions
There's not so much to ask
And she'll never flaunt around an empty purse

Once my mother-in-law came
Just to stay a couple nights
And decided she would stay the rest of her life
I watch my little children
Play some board game in the kitchen
And I sit and pray they never feel my strife

But then my partner called to say the pension funds were gone
He made some bad investments
Now the accounts are overdrawn

I took a walk
Take a walk, take a walk, take a walk
Take a walk, oh-oh-oh
I took a walk
Take a walk, take a walk, take a walk
Take a walk, oh-oh-oh

Honey it's your son I think I borrowed just too much
We had taxes we had bills
We had a lifestyle to front
Add tonight I swear I'll come home
And we'll make love like we're young
And tomorrow you'll cook dinner
For the neighbors and their kids
We could rip apart those socialists
and all their damn taxes You'll see I am no criminal
I'm down on both bad knees
I'm just too much a coward
to admit when I'm in need

I took a walk
Take a walk, take a walk, take a walk
Take a walk, oh-oh-oh
I took a walk
Take a walk, take a walk, take a walk
Take a walk, oh-oh-oh
I took a walk
Take a walk, take a walk, take a walk
Take a walk, oh-oh-oh
I took a walk
Take a walk, take a walk, take a walk

Babel and the Bible

who said it was easy?

BABEL
from the Hebrew word balal
meaning to jumble, confuse.

BIBLE
Basic Instruction Before Leaving Earth
is the Word of God.

und
is 'and' in German.

''Babel und Bible''
is What
simply defines Me
Myself
and I.
(for now)

I am confuse.
Of my life, my future, my choices, and my decisions.
Not whether if they are great, bright, right or wise,
but if they are the greatest, brightest, best and the wisest.
AND
I am glad.
Of my life, my future, my to-be-choices, and my to-be-decisions.
All because I have the blueprint of life, the plan of my future,
the assurance of my choices, and my guidance to my decisions.

Notice.
"I am confuse and I am glad."
Instead of
"I am confuse and I am sad."

Not many find happiness in confusion.
Not the Confucius, by the way.
But the confused-situation state of confusion.
It is not my fault, but I am happy.
All because I SEE the Way,
and I KNOW the Way,
I can rest assured that that Way
is the Way of my Way.

Sometimes we struggle.
Between the Good and Evil.
Between the Right and Wrong.
Even between Right and Left.
Between the Earth and Sky.
Between the World and Word.
Between Babel and the Bible.

It is confusing.
No doubt about it.
There is always, always!
the Left side, or the Right side.
There is no Middle side.
(unless you are mad.)

Heck logic.
That is why as humans,
we strife to strike a balance.
Between all things.
So we would not be judged.
And by it we are justified.
Not by not siding any side,
but by siding neither side.
Cool.

Even in Science,
middle-ness, or rather,
scientifically known them as
AVERAGE or MEAN
is the best value
to the best-est value we aimed for.
That is such because the average is just so
sexy.
(and you know it.)

One word.
BALANCE
I cannot agree more
life is all about balance.
Average.
Middle.
Moderate.
They all seem like the favorite choice
for lots of people.
It kinda functions like a
"I know, but do I really know? Never mind, I don't know."

Thank God if you can easily make a choice.
'Cause indecisiveness is equal to bitchiness.
And no one likes a bitch,
unless you are one of them.

Speaking of females,
today is the International Women's Day.
The 8th of March.
Although I know that these day has be existing for decades,
2013 marked the issue of
EQUALITY

And there, my friend, is just another sister of
average/middle/mean/moderate/balance
(welcome sister!)

I support the idea of equality of men and of women.
But that goal seemed rather vague for now.
Undeniable that some women had made the top rank
of mostly any industries, even politics,
but to achieve equality,
yes, I believe it would happened,
but not soon.
Not coming soon.

I hate extremist.
Even for the betterment, I hate it.
And I do not need a reason to hate it.
I just hate it.

Let the chapter begin.
The chapter of my life,
and probably yours,
and the chapter between our life.

Babel and the Bible.
Babel und Bible

Cheers.
and DFTBA.
(don't forget to be awesome.)
